Philip Ruffini

Philip Ruffini is an American entrepreneur and business executive. He is the co-founder of Hire Overseas, a remote staffing company. He previously held leadership roles at Rupa Health, where he worked in content and growth before the company was acquired by Fullscript.

Profile aggregators associate Ruffini with the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan; however, this affiliation has not been confirmed by independent reliable sources. Early career

According to Ruffini, he began his career as a program manager at Microsoft after previously interning at Juicero, a Silicon Valley startup that ceased operations in 2017. He later worked as a growth marketing consultant for technology companies, including Alchemy and NEAR Protocol.

Ruffini has stated that he participated in the Schwarzman Scholars program at Tsinghua University in Beijing and later operated a video animation agency before entering the healthcare technology sector.

Rupa Health

Ruffini joined Rupa Health, where he served in content and Growth leadership roles. According to Ruffini, he helped develop the company's Media Operations by overseeing content initiatives across multiple digital platforms using a distributed international team. Rupa Health was later acquired by Fullscript.

Hire Overseas

Following the acquisition of Rupa Health, Ruffini co-founded Hire Overseas with Harlan Rappaport. The company provides international recruitment and remote staffing services. Ruffini has publicly discussed topics related to remote hiring, global recruitment, and distributed workforce management.
