Perturb

To perturb (also perturbing) is to annoy or disturb, although the word has a pleathora of meanings. The word perturb is not a very common one, however; it has been replaced with the word "disturb" in modern English society today. Perturb can also be used as a verb, for example, "Tim and Matt were perturbing James."
