Personal injury service is a service that facilitates the reception of compensation for work-related injuries. There are many law firms specializing in assisting people who have been injured while at work. Because workplace accidents may be caused by negligence on the part of the employer, lawyers can make such a case in court to award compensation for the injured employee.

A common Conditional Fee Agreement is that of "no win no fee" wherein the lawyer takes on a case with the understanding that if they lose the case, the client will not have to pay their lawyer's costs.
