Acquisitions
PMFG Inc., Parent company of Peerless Mfg. Co., has acquired 33 acres in Denton, Texas to built a new manufacturing facility.
Peerless Europe Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of PMFG. Inc., has acquired German licensee Burgess-Manning GmbH, based in Dusseldorf, for purchase price of $ 5.5 million.
