Paul J.R. Renaud
Paul J.R. Renaud (born July 21, 1960) is a Canadian Certified Executive Coach specializing in peak performance, psychology and marketin. He is the author of A Networking Book.
Early life and education
Renaud was born in Ottawa Ontario Canada and received a bachelor's degree in Commerce at the University of Ottawa in 1983.
Career
From 1987 to 1997 Renaud had a 10-year progressive career in sales and marketing management in Canada with Bell Mobility. From 1997 to 2009 he became a key player on executive teams of Vodafone, Orange and Telekom and various startups. His roles consisted of VP of Sales, Marketing Director and CEO in Mobile network operations in ten countries including Brazil, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Thailand, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti and Algeria. Since 2009 he has directed his attention to Executive Coaching.
A Certified Coach (ICF), Renaud has worked with clients in various industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, retail, real estate, packaging, music-management, online trading, logistics, banking and Law firms. As a coach he has worked with executives in about 60 companies. Renaud is a TEDx speaker and has spoken at public events in Central Europe, Canada and the US. Renaud developed a workshop called Masters of Networking, designed to provide renewed awareness to the importance of Networking with guidelines on how to increase business contacts. He is Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Maastricht School of Management in Bucharest, Romania. He is also a founder of the Centre for Effective Coaching, an organization creating sustainable change and positive impact on performance for the European market.

Renaud lives in Bucharest Romania with his wife Maria Andrei. Renaud has two sons and through his messages, he has described himself as a Catalyst to making people feel good.
