Paramount Park
Paramount Park is a planned skyscraper in Miami, Florida. The building was approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2006, and groundbreaking will occur when Paramount Bay, the tower's sister complex, also in Miami, is complete. This most likely will be between November 2007 and March 2008. The building is expected to be complete in February of 2010. It will be built in northern downtown, and will form part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers on the west side of Biscayne Boulevard in northern downtown. The site of the complex is at the northwest corner of Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 7th Street. The tower will be 756 ft (230 m) tall, and will have 68 stories. It will rank in the top ten on the list of the Tallest Buildings in Miami.
