Paradise Valley, California is a proposed 40,000 resident master-planned community in Riverside County, California, United States. The development proposed by GLC Enterprises, LLC would parallel Interstate 10, AbOUT twenty miles east of Palm Desert. When complete, the town will cover with 40 percent of the land being open space.

Paradise Valley plan

Paradise Valley plans calls for smart growth town with a balanced mix of jobs, homes, schools, medical facilities, public facilities , open space, retail opportunities, and recreational amenities. Paradise Valley would be made up of 12,900 mixed dwelling units in serious of villages abd built over 25 years.Major shopping would be meet at town centers and multiple village centers.Three schools are planned including one K-12 Educational .Paradise Valley would be self-sufficient and have it own self-contained services and goods all within the new town,which would reduce residents' driving outside the community.

Sites have been set aside for:town hall, police station, public library, business parks, community center.

Parks and open space

The plan calls for on site would be set aside for permanent Open Space,Golf courses, Regional parks, Community Parks,Lakes, Parks, Trails, and Greenways.
