Pacific Business Consulting

Pacific Business Consulting, Inc. (PBC) is a Japanese IT consulting company that resells Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) ERP system from Microsoft and provides related consultancy services as well as IT solutions for retail business and computer networking. To meet the language and business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system in Japan, PBC has released Japanese Localization Pack for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) version 4.0 Service Pack 2 in July 2006.

History

Sep 1993: Pacific Business Consulting, Inc. was founded in Yokohama with the capital of 12,000,000 Yen.

Oct 1993: PBC concluded a sales contract of Siemens Beetle POS and Siemens PC Server Systems with Siemens Nixdorf Germany.

Sep 1996: PBC concluded a contract with Siemens K.K. to provide technical support of contactless IC card.

Nov 2001: PBC signed an agreement to sell Navision products in Japan.

Jul 2002: After Navision was acquired by Microsoft, PBC concluded Solution Provider Agreement with Microsoft.

May 2004: Siemens Business Systems Group, Siemens K.K. was transferred to PBC.

Oct 2004: Based on the fingerprint authentication technology of Siemens Germany, PBC developed AquaGuard ® -Plus, a solution to prevent leaking of private information.

Jan 2006: PBC became a member of Partner Power, global organization specialized in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) worldwide.

Jul 2006: Developed Microsoft Dynamics NAV Japanese Localization Pack for version 4.0 Service Pack 2

Oct 2006: Concluded partnership agreement with Iceland’s Landsteinar Strengur to market its Microsoft Dynamics NAV add-on solution for retail industry.
