OurSong – The Atlanta Gay and Lesbian Chorus
OurSong, founded in 2002, is a gay and lesbian chorus in Atlanta, Georgia (United States). The group is Atlanta’s only mixed gay and lesbian chorus. Its singers, directors, accompanists and non-singing members serve in a volunteer capacity. The chorus strives to provide gays and lesbians with opportunities for the performance of choral music in a supportive and affirming environment.
Through music, the chorus strives to enrich the lives of its members, the Atlanta area lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the community at large. OurSong provides a visible presence and positive voice in and for the Atlanta LGBT communities
The mission of OurSong is dedicated to performing high quality music while celebrating their unique gay and lesbian experience and their evolving place in the world.
OurSong is a member of GALA Choruses.
