Software
The Ordyx POS software application works with its Internet based Ordyx server which resides outside of the restaurant . Every touchscreen inside the restaurant is continuously synchronized with the Ordyx server using an encrypted connection. The POS computers synchronize with menu changes, orders, and automatic updates. All updates are included with the service. If the internet is disconnected, all information runs locally, and automatically synchronize with the Ordyx server once the Internet connection is reestablished. Access to the Ordyx Backoffice, which provides Sales, Reports, Attendance, Inventory, Menu, and Staff information is available over the internet.
It can be installed on Multiple Windows platforms and Mac OS X.
Service
Ordyx provides 24x7 technical phone support. Ordyx does offer the option of having Ordyx personnel set up the hardware, install the software, train the restaurant personnel, and provide on-site support.
