Founded in 2006, One Source Networks (OSN), is a facilities-based, carrier agnostic network solutions provider based in San Antonio, TX. OSN delivers and manages wide area networks for large and medium enterprise clients by providing a single sourcing channel to deliver in-region solutions from over 100 suppliers around the world. OSN also provides facilities-based global VoIP services for its clients across their existing private or public WAN infrastructures. History
One Source Networks was founded at the end of 2006 by Ernest Cunningham, a telecom veteran. Ernest built the company on the principle that a Carrier Agnostic approach would allow the company to address requirements of single sourcing, flexibility and pricing and focus on the customers` agendas rather than pushing a solution defined by the corporation. He wanted to create a company that could provide top quality support and flexibility exclusively to Fortune 1000 customers. He felt that a Carrier Agnostic approach would allow the company to address requirements of single sourcing, flexibility and pricing and focus on the customers’ agendas rather than pushing a solution defined by the corporation. One Source Networks was born to provide customers with that flexibility. The company officially launched in February 2007.
In 2008, the company again saw an opportunity to assist its clients with its voice services. Many OSN customers were going through network analysis and migration from traditional analog voice to IP-based corporate voice. OSN felt that there was an opportunity to simplify this migration path and provide value through a comprehensive set of VOIP solutions. With OSN’s new suite of VOIP services, clients have the ability to take advantage of the cost savings of SIP trunking while maintaining legacy equipment or migrating to an IP infrastructure at their own pace. Further, with OSN’s cloud-based PBX and fax services, its customers no longer need to manage on-premise systems, saving costs in staffing and capex, and improving redundancy and functionality.
