Ofori Sarkodie

Kwame Ofori-Attah Sarkodie (born 18 June 1988 in Carbondale, Illinois) is an American player who currently plays for Indiana University. His parents are from Ghana and as such is eligible to play for that nation .

Career

He played at the IMG Soccer Academy as a youth.

He has represented the USA national team at the 2005 FIFA U-17 World Championship and the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Personal life

His parents are from Kumasi in Ghana and he has two brothers and one sister .

His younger brother is also in the US Soccer Bradenton Academy.

Although born in Illinois, he grew up in Huber Heights, Ohio .
