Numbers on napkins

Numbers on Napkins (commonly referred to as NoN) is an American punk-influenced fusion rock band that formed in the of 2003 in Phoenix, AZ. Following the demise of their former band Yars Revenge, three of the four members (Chase Stain, Moe Money & Tad Gurthman) went on to start the band. The band signed to Bad Stain Records, owned by frontman and bassist Chase Stain, and released their debut album Waiting for Tomorrow in 2004. In 2006, NoN added guitarist Matt Martini to complete the line up and followed their Debut full length with their E.P. "Quickerdrunkenlouderharder" also on Bad Stain. Their upcoming release titled "Borrachos, Chingasos Y Rucas" was produced by Joe Queer, singer for the legendary pop punk band The Queers 1. Borrachos... offers a variety of music in ranging from pop punk, punk, alternative, jazz, rock and progressive rock (According to quotes from drummer Tad Gurthman at www.Punknews.org). Numbers On Napkins are best known for their live acts that include audience participation. Numbers On Napkins have a comedic style of performing with songs like "My Girlfriend Bit My [...] Off" and their song "True Love" which was voted the #1 Best Punk Rock Love Song of All Time at Garageband.com.

Numbers On Napkins has spent the last few years touring across the U.S. promoting their albums and performing along side bands like Flogging Molly, The Queers and Authority Zero. They are currently in the process of polishing up the last songs for their New album (according to their record label, www.badstainrecords.com) and are planning a full U.S. tour, followed by A Tour of military bases, playing for the troops in Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan in early 2008 (according to a recent blog at their official MySpace page).
