Ntl:hell
ntl:hell is an independent consumer lobby group designed by customers of NTL to discuss issues and create a community where people can submit their own views of the company, and how to make products or services better, ntl:hell is currently the most ACTIVE ntl: related forum around and provides a wealth of information and support.
Started in April 2002, ntl:hell is the UK's biggest ntl: focused customer support forum in the UK, with over 28,000 members. There are numerous forums available for members, for each different type of service which NTL provides; Such as Digital TV, Telephone and Internet. There are also alternative forums for other topics and providers, as well as a number of support and FAQ guides available.
The community is very active, and has a relaxed atmosphere.
