No. 10: Full Confidence is a satirical political simulation and strategy video game developed and published by British independent studio Sleepy Boy Studios Ltd. Set in a fictionalised version of contemporary British politics, it places the player in the role of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, responding to political crises while attempting to remain in office.
The game was first released for iOS in May 2026 and is also available for Android and macOS.
Gameplay
The player's objective is to remain prime minister by balancing support from four groups: the Cabinet, backbenchers, the media and the public. Each political scenario presents three possible responses, which can increase or decrease support among the different factions.
A crisis arrives each in-game month, with the player choosing a response within a time limit. If any faction's support reaches zero, the premiership ends and a new prime minister succeeds the previous character. Decisions can have consequences in later scenarios and subsequent premierships. Players who survive a term face a general election, with victory allowing them to continue into another term.
The game uses fictional politicians and scenarios involving policy disputes, scandals and leadership challenges. Some situations adapt events from real British politics. Players can customise their prime minister's appearance, name and party colour, while a history screen records previous leaders. An optional Special Adviser Pack provides additional features, including previews of decision effects and a longer response timer.
Commons Combat
Commons Combat introduces a turn-based encounter with the Leader of the Opposition during Prime Minister's Questions in the House of Commons. Players choose from satirical attacks and defensive responses, attempting to reduce their opponent's morale while preserving their own. The encounter ends when either participant's morale reaches zero. Winning increases support across the four factions, while losing reduces it, affecting the player's ability to remain in office.
Development and release
The game was originally created by Manchester-based developer Benjamin Brewis, who designed its graphics and wrote its scenarios. Development began in late 2025 and took approximately six months, with changes in British political leadership among its influences. The graphics were designed using Sketch, and the game was programmed using Xcode. The game's stated aim was political satire rather than advocacy for a particular party.
The iOS version was released on 20 May 2026. The Android version followed on 30 June 2026, and the macOS version on 1 July 2026.
Subsequent updates introduced additional scenarios, prime minister customisation, expanded Downing Street interiors and a playable Chief Mouser activity. Version 2.0.0, released on 13 October 2026, introduced Commons Combat.
A Windows version is planned for release through Steam in January 2027.
Reception
In June 2026, Mobilegamer.biz reported that the game had entered the top ten of the UK App Store's paid games chart. On 9 July, Metro reported that it had reached number one, ranking above Minecraft.
Writing in British GQ, Rebecca Dolan described the game as "absurd, nihilistic, so-tragic-it’s-hilarious", relating its satire to contemporary British politics.
The Guardian columnist Zoe Williams found the game entertaining and interpreted it as reflecting mutual distrust between politicians and voters.
Civil Service World reported that Conservative MP Alicia Kearns praised the game's depiction of political life, particularly how minor issues can escalate into national controversies.
