NexTV-America

NexTV-America, Inc. is a United States-based IPTV provider that delivers digital television services via broadband. It launched in 2008 and is a joint venture between EURO-World Network, Inc. (EWN) and Ethnic Channels Group, Ltd. (ECG); the Broadcasters Representative for North America; responsible for the overall Communication and Distribution Strategy of the media offering.

Channel Packages

NexTV-America currently offers over 20 channels from around the world including Croatia, Hungary, & Germany. They offer packages catering to the following ethnic groups:

  • German Package- (ProSiebenSat.1 Welt, DW-TV, EuroNews, ARD, ZDF, KiKa, MDR, NDR), & WDR)

Requirements

In order to receive the services offered by NexTV-America, consumers require a high-speed Internet connection with a speed of at least 1.5Mbit/s and a set-top box which can be rented or purchased from NexTV.

Availability

NexTV is currently available to subscribers in United States and the Canada. EWN and ECG plans to expand the service internationally and expects to launch NexTV in Australia & New Zealand in 2010. 1
