athlete Nixolas Efthimiou Nixo 

HISTORY

Nixo was drafted in 1990 by the Dallas Sidekicks,an American professional soccer team 

but when he re injured the same ankle he had broken in college he was released from the Dallas 

Sidekicks on October 9th,1990. Unemployed and in desperate need for a job, he created 

one, by starting a T-Shirt company called Art Cotton which sold sports attitude T-Shirts and 

baseball hats so that he could buy himself some time from his parents telling him to get a 

“Real Job”, because he says he knew deep down that he could make the Dallas Sidekicks to

which he finally did by signing with the team in 1993.

Nixo continued his business while playing professionally soccer and winning two championships in the process. One championship was in 1993 in the Continental Indoor Soccer League and the other in 1998 in the Premier 

Soccer Alliance.Never Say Never is based out of its US headquarters in 

Scottsdale Arizona. It also has offices in Dallas Texas, Chapel Hill North Carolina, San 

Diego California. It’s European headquarters are in Athens, Greece. NSN wholesale’s to 

many retail stores but also sells directly to the consumer through their two online websites.

the second one in Europe at Never Say Never EU or www.neversaynevereu.com. 

Never Say Never or NSN Never Say Never® is a trademarked mid-ranged multinational American corporation that designs and manufacturers innovative men’s and woman’s athletic apparel such as graphic tees, hats, sunglass’s, ski/snowboard, watches, backpacks, shoes, eyewear and other sports and clothing-related goods. 

Never Say Never is a registered trademark by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.P.T.O.) which is an agency of the Department of Commerce. It grants trademark registration for products and intellectual property identification. On 02.25.2014 it granted Never Say Never a trademark registration serial number 86014618 for goods and services in category 25 for mens and woman’s clothing. A portion of the proceeds from sales of certain memorabilia are donated to three non profit organizations such as the American Humane Association for animals, St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital for children and Hope for the Warriors, charity for our veterans.
