Navid Khiabani

Navid Khiabani (born 27 July 1971) is an American-Iranian millionaire and businessman.
He is the co-founder of Navid Pars Business International Group later to be known as Navid Pars America and is a controversial figure in his relationship with a conservative republican party resembling to Dick Cheney’s team and policies. He has been notified mostly to have relationship with conservative part of Iranian government. He mostly refers to shadow governments and having considerable amount of shares in American giant military contractors. He was the mastermind of receiving European Union Export permit for exporting high caliber HS .50 from Steyr Mannlicher to Iran.
He had a history of conducting negotiations with the US State, Department for granting export permits for the export of civilian aircraft to Iran.
Wikileaks
According to Wikileaks documents leaked from U.S embassy wires in Vienna, Khiabani was a mediator for conducting high level talks between American and Iranian representatives to initiate direct dialogues between two countries in George W.Bush administration during 2004 to 2005.Though no independent source can verify these claims, but confirmed reports; indicates upon these high level contacts he exported a fleet of used American civilian and training aircraft and spare parts along with American made Onshore oil drilling Rigs to Iran.
Karla Group
Seymour Hersh the contributor of The New Yorker Magazine mentioned in 2007; Navid Khiabani and Liz Cheney along with one of the close relatives of former President George, W. Bush has established a company in Cayman Island called “Karla Group” which mostly traded Weapons and crude oil; in order to avoid the taxation and media attention. Though Seymour Hersh never revealed his source as his general practice, but he has indicated that deals has been approved via OFAC and U.S State Departments.
According to The New Yorker investigation into Cayman Island registration office; he has confirmed the registration of a Trade company called Karla Group during 2005 but declined to reveal the names of CEO of the alleged company.
Personal Life
Navid Khiabani was living in Iran partially during 2001 to 2007 and established a company called Navid Pars Business International Group in Tehran-Iran and alsoin Kish Island. The Same cooperation later known to be Navid Pars America with United States Registration.The company activities covers from crude oil trade to Military Parts.He Left Iran back to Switzerland then to The United States after Mahmood Ahmadi Nejad Election.
During 2002 to 2007 Navid Khiabani Was living with an Iranian Born English woman called S.Ghavidel, they broke up based on alleged serious financial disputes; an unconfirmed report in one of Iranian local newspaper Hamsharionline[] indicated Khiabani had been kidnapped and blackmailed for large sums of money, though The ex-girlfriend denied the all charges; The alleged dispute finally settled with 12,000,000 United States Dollars paid by Khiabani.
In 2006 Navid Khiabani has purchased a Penthouse in Africa building from Afrashtehpour Brothers ; known figures in highrise building in Parsa Street/Elahiyeh/Tehran-Iran. There was long dispute between ownership of this building since the same Penthouse has been sold to several other buyers. A final court ruled in favour of Khiabani by 2014 in President Rohani presidential period.
Afrashtepour brothers ( Hassan, davood and Mehdi ) has been arrested according to iran Fars News Agency on 5th of March 2014 by Iran revolutionary guards in charge of numerous corruptions.

Religious belief
Navid Khiabani is an atheist and is a strong advocate of ultra Darwinism. Despite being a senior member of The United States Republican Party; he criticized the party for having too much emphasis on Christianity, which caused the loss of liberal votes of Americans mostly in East coasts as per 2012 presidential election. He had a number of articles published on Linkedin which in one notable one he was emphasising a negative correlation between religiosity and IQ level, finally he faced Linkedin censorship.
