Natterbox is a UK (Croydon, London) based Internet Telephone Service (VoIP) provider, offering intelligent and secure voice communication services to businesses.

Natterbox was one among The Two SMBs who received funding in Croydon from Coast to Capital, one of the Local enterprise partnerships. This helped Natterbox to establish itself in the new office premises in No 1 Croydon, and expand itself by creating new jobs.

History

Natterbox started its operations in 2009, as a company to make a difference in the telephony and voice communication space; to make it more than just a phone call. Initially they were based in Oxted, Surrey. In 2012 GroupOn, one of the fastest growing companies in web history, chose Natterbox to provide the voice services and CRM integration. This was a major milestone in Natterbox's growth, and helped them prove the strengths of their voice platform.

As one of the few companies to provide on the network voice recording for mobile calls, as compared to many that provide the same service using apps installed on the mobile device, they were favoured by many of the banks who had to comply with the FSA Call Tapping rules.

Products and services

Natterbox help businesses combine mobile and landline communication into one, integrated telephony system, to improve the voice communication experience for both their customers and employees alike. Natterbox also provides services such as Mobile call recording and voice-integration with various CRM systems. This includes CTI, which improves the level of customer satisfaction as well as employee productivity. All functionality offered by Natterbox are customer configurable via an secure management portal.
