History
myVEGAS Slots was developed by Playstudios and launched in August 2012 as a Facebook application offering real-world rewards through MGM Resorts International. In November 2013, the mobile myVEGAS Slots was released globally on iOS and Android emerging at No.1 in the iTunes Free Casino category within one month of its release.
In 2014, Playstudios partnered with KONAMI Gaming to bring casino titles such as China Mystery to the myVEGAS Slots platform and added Royal Caribbean as a rewards partner.
Gameplay
myVEGAS Slots awards players large virtual chips on starting and more can be collected through daily wheels, hourly or daily collections. Progressing to a higher level of play allows players to build a virtual Las Vegas Strip and earn additional chips which are used to wager. The slots use virtual reels â digital mechanics that determine the outcome of each spin using complex algorithms to mimic real Vegas casinos with physical slot machines with mechanical stops.
Spinning the slots virtual reels selects a machine theme and the amount of chips to wager. Spinning and wagering red chips fill a meter that awards gold loyalty points which are requirements for getting real rewards such as hotel stays and meals at MGM Resorts properties and other partners.
