Mykul Haun

Mykul Haun (born in Oakland, California on March 9, 1982), is a American professional ice hockey player. He currently a defenseman for the Danbury Mad Hatters.

Playing career

Haun first played junior hockey in Canada and attended High School at Banff Community High School in Banff, Alberta, Canada. He then played junior hockey in the Eastern Junior Hockey League for two seasons from 2001-2003, playing for the Lowell Jr. Lock Monsters in the 2000-01 season and the Bridgewater Bandits for the 2002-2003 season. Haun committed to Plymouth State University in in the ECAC Northeast in 2003. He turned pro for the 2007-2008 season. Haun played a game with the Richmond Renegades of the Southern Professional Hockey League and then playing with the Jamestown Vikings of the Mid-Atlantic Hockey League during the 2007-2008 season. In the off-season he signed with the Danbury Mad Hatters of the Eastern Professional Hockey League for the 2008-2009 season.

  • ECAC Hockey Conference All-Academic Team(2006, 2007).
  • Captain of the Jamestown Vikings 2007-2008.
