The '''''Marina''''' (previously named as '''''Kronprinsessan Ingrid''''' and '''''Christofer Polhem''''') is a [[ferry]] built in 1936 and operated by two Swedish and later by a Yugoslav/Croatian company. It was retired in 2006 and plans exist to transform it into a restaurant.

== History ==
The ship was built in 1936 by [[Frederikshavn Værft & Flydedok]] for Rederi Ab Göteborg-Frederikshavns Linjen ([[Sessan Linjen]]) and named ''Kronprinsessan Ingrid''. She was used for service between [[Göteborg]] and [[Frederikshavn]]. Sold in 1955 to Ångfartygs Ab Gotland, and renamed ''Christofer Polhem'', she worked during summer on routes Nynäshamn-Visby-Oskarshamn (1955-1962) and Nynäshamn-Visby-Västervik (1963).

''Christofer Polhem'' was sold in 1963 to [[Expresslinjen Ab]], Stockholm and renamed as ''Marina''. In 1964 and 1965 she sailed on the route between [[Gräddö]] and [[Mariehamn]], and from 1966 to 1969 between [[Stockholm]] and [[Mariehamn]]. On On August 1969, ''Marina'' was involved in a collision with a German freighter, the ''Lucy Essberger''. In the same year, after being laid up, she was sold to the then-[[SFRJ|Yugoslav]] company ''Lošinjska Plovidba Brodarstvo'' in, retaining the name ''Marina''.

In 1970 ''Marina'' operated between [[Rijeka]]-[[Cres]]-[[Rabac]], followed by a [[Pula]]-[[Mali Lošinj]]-[[Zadar]] service in 1971. Until its disruption during the [[Yugoslav wars]] in 1991, ''Marina'' operated on the Pula-[[Poreč]]-[[Venice]] and the Pula-Poreč-[[Silba]]-Venice route.
