Biography

Mushtaque Ahmad Nadvi Son of Md Noorul Islam is an Indian writer and translator. So far, four of his books have been published. Three books in Urdu and one in Hindi. His first book 'Duaayen Jo Baryaab Huin' was published in 2012, the second book 'Maulana Abu Bakr Harooni – Hayat o Khidmat' in 2022, the third book 'Nishan-e-Karvan' in 2023 and the fourth one 'Bharatiya Swatantrta Itihas ke Do Shoorveer' in 2025. This is to be noted that his book 'Nishan-e-karvan' received funds for publication from the Urdu Directorate, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Government of Bihar. Moreover, he has translated several Arabic books into Urdu and Hindi. His Hindi translation and brief explanation of Imam Nawawi's book 'Arbaeen Nawawi' is available on several websites. Earlier, he worked as an editor of an Urdu monthly magazine named 'Noorul Misbah' from 2008 to 2010. His articles have also been published in many other Urdu magazines. Recently, he has received the 'Katihar Gaurav' award in 2025 for his remarkable contribution in the field of Urdu literature.
