Author states and deposes that on the front cover and enclosed between the pages of this book is a picture of the nucleaus of this book, Tejuana Chantay Cunningham. Resting between the front and back covers of this book is the true story of one woman and her plight with the leaders of both the Executive and Judicial branches of the US Government. In this first volume, volume 1 of 4, you as the reader will begin your adventure with a 31 year old Tejuana Cunningham. You'll get a firsthand account of a questionable [...]. A dobious premeditated [...]. From the outset you'll find yourself in the Rainier Beach District of Seattle. As the story moves along you'll encounter an ominous and evil attack on a young girl. You'll exercise your moral and ethical judgement in courthouse reenactments. You'll see between the reinforced concrete walls of jail and prison. You'll begin to understand the difference between a never dying hope and those who are content with conformity. You'll see the light after a long train ride across a dark and hot tunnel through hell. You will at some point flee from the United States along with Tejuana Cunningham to Australia. Australia being only the first stop on the map in the four volume set of this epic saga of one woman who would not surrender. You'll learn how to love and trust again. The author includes a Timeline / Index. It appears to begin in February of 1997 and continues on through 1998, 1999 and closes out sometime in the year 2000. There is however one chapter which details events which begin in the year 1993 and end in 2001.

Proem

The author includes what the author refers to as the Proem, where the author tells that the book following the brief introduction is a factual document in the form of a novel, and that this mode of disclosure is for the benefit of the reader. The author explains that the author has recorded the events objectively, free of personal opinion, prejudice and emotion. As for the descriptions or physical characters and the depicting of physical places, the author has set down in print precisely what was expressed to the author in InterViews with actual individuals portrayed. Likewise, this also applies to the book's recording of prose dialogue and the representation of the character's personal feelings and beliefs. The author explains that the author has done their best to uphold the loyalty that they, and all journalists alike, are bound by. Loyalty to his or her readers, the public. In a world of lip service and opinionated press the author has done their best, undertaken a sincere effort, pledged and committed theirself, to report conservatively and accurately.

Litigation concerning this book

The manuscript of this book was originally banned from publication by a US District Court whose ruling was affirmed by a US Circuit Court of Appeals. Due to a US Supreme Court ruling, this book was allowed to be published provided it would be "...published as a work of fiction..."
