Biography
Also known as “The Biglee” for his mammoth size and terrific physique, Murali is a lacto-ovo-vegetarian body builder hailing from Chennai. Though his workout routines started to mend his fractured bone, Murali grew passionate about the sport of body building after a glimpse of a breathtaking picture of the great body builder Dorian Yates, the 6 time Mr. Olympia, printed on a magazine cover. From then on, with his rigorous training and strict diets, murali has competed and won several district and state level body building shows.
Being an IT professional, he maintains a balance between his profession and passion. He takes six high protein meals a day along with his regular workouts.
A member of the TNBBA (Tamil Nadu Body Building Association) and IBBF (Indian Body Building Federation), Murali actively engages himself in numerous body building and health related discussion forums. He regularly blogs on health and fitness at http://biglee-murali.blogspot.com
