M.P. Vijay Kumar

CA M.P. Vijay Kumar is a Rank Holder and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is based in Chennai, India. Vijay Kumar is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Bharathidasan Institute of Management. Vijay Kumar has also been a member of the Accounting Standards Board of ICAI, Editorial Board of Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of ICAI, Corporate Laws committee of ICAI, member of several study groups of SIRC of ICAI on Accounting Standards and Company Law.

He has been the Asst. General Manager (Investment Banking) of Sundaram Finance Services Ltd, Chennai. He is also the CFO of Sify Technologies Limited since October, 2007.
