Movement for independent West Sumatra

The West Sumatra Independence Movement is an organization that promotes the independence of West Sumatra.

History

The history of this movement began when the people were dissatisfied with the central government's promise of absolute independence for the West Sumatran nation. This organization continued to develop into an armed organization in West Sumatra, and had active supporters of around five thousand volunteers who actively opposed the central government.
