Moser Baer Solar Limitd (MBSL) is a subsidiary of Moser Baer India Limited, the 2nd largest optical media producer in the world. Moser Baer Solar Limited(MBSL) was launched to manufacture solar modules for the photovoltaic industry.

• Multicrystalline Solar PV Cells(156mmx156mm)

Moser Baer multicrystalline solar cells are manufactured from purified polysilicon in a manufacturing plant that permits use of thin silicon wafers. The wafers are handled through non-contact Bernoulli grippers and moved horizontally on conveyor belts and rollers through various process steps resulting in stress-free cell. The cells are coated with silicon nitride (SiNx:H) anti-reflection layer using DVD sputtering to have uniform deposition ensuring maximum light capturing capability throughout their lifetime.

• Multicrystalline Modules

Moser Baer modules are specifically designed to generate optimum energy from sunlight and can withstand the roughest of conditions. They are designed for versatility in applications suited for residential, commercial and industrial purposes. The modules use high efficiency Multicrystalline silicon solar cells. Moser Baer uses inline, horizontal, manufacturing line which is capable of delivering modules in multiple cell configurations. Product Family:

• Thin Films

Moser Baer a-Si thin film modules are frameless Glass-PVB-Glass modules and are available in quarter, half and full size configurations offering a range of power outputs for different customer applications. These modules are used for large grid connected Photovoltaic Systems.
