Mose Neuenschwander

Mose Neuenschwander is an American amish farmer, and owner of Mung-bean sprout farm O’Clercy Farms

Early Life

Mose was born in Washington, Pennsylvania, on the 16th of January, 1983. In 1985, aged two, Mose moved to Hawaii with his aunt.

Farming Career

Mose worked with his Aunt’s 300 acre pigeon pea farm, known as Hawaii State Pigeon Pea Company, from a very young age, he worked with the farm for over ten years and it became increasingly successful. In 2001, he moved back to Pennsylvania after Creed O’Clercy offered him a job, later after Creed’s death in 2026, Mose became owner of O’Clercy Farms
