Mont Fitness is a privately owned fitness club company with its head office in Pune, India with franchised clubs based through the center and South of India. The company is owned by Dr. Crispin Lamont a leading fitness business professional and set up in the year 2010.
Managed Franchising
Mont Fitness offers Managed Franchising with guarantees that each club is completed in a 3 month period from contract signing. Additionally, Mont Fitness also guarantees each franchisee their clubs financial viability. If a club is not financially profitable AbOUT break-even point the franchisee fee is removed for that specific period.
Charity
Mont Fitness runs their MAqua program of each quarter sinking 1 new drop well in a rural village in India. The village is chosen by a vote from the board of directors.
Additionally Mont Fitness runs a bursary program for Pune based orphans on a half yearly basis. Mont Fitness provides training to 8 people a year, with English lessons and personal training qualifications.
