Though claims where made in late 2007 that Missy had slept with a former friend of Bam's{Ryan Dunn. Missy stays true to her side saying "it isn't true". But that didn't help her. On Dec 5, 2007 Bam Margera and Missy Rothstein announced they where seperating after only 10 months of marriage. Both claim it was unresolved differances. Missy wanted to have a child and Bam didn't. It was also reported that that Missy slept with lead singer of the band HIM. She denys that aswell. Missy now wants to focus on getting her life back together and on track. She wishes nothing but the best for Bam.
The big controversy however is how much money will Rothstein tend to gain. No prenup was signed and with Margera's network equaling in at 120 Million dollars she stands to gain a 3rd. However PA state laws require marriage lasting more than a year. Rothstein could walk away with nothing.

"I can only apologize for my behavior.
I know that i have caused alot of pain
to my husband and family. I can only
hope that Bam forgives me and understand
that this will never happen again. It's
unfortante that this dirty laundry must be
plastered everywhere online and throughout
the media because thats not the people we are.
People make mistakes everyday. And when I do it
I have millions judging me. I didn't ask for that."
