Miss Latin America 2005
Miss América Latina 2005 was the nineteenth international edition of the Miss América Latina contest, and the twenty-first overall. The final event was held on November 26, 2004 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. At the conclusion of the pageant, Mariela Candia of Paraguay was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Gamalis Fermín of Puerto Rico.
