Miss Latin America 1993
Miss América Latina 1993 was the tenth international edition of the Miss América Latina contest, and the twelfth overall. The final event was held on September 14, 1993 in Guatemala City, Guatemala. At the conclusion of the pageant, María Fernanda Morales of Guatemala was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Ana Sofía Pereira of Nicaragua. It was the first time the winner was crowned on home soil.

- Panama last participated in 1990. Bolivia and Guatemala last participated in 1991.
- Venezuela, despite participating in 1992, failed to send a delegate this year. It was the only year Venezuela missed.
- Guatemala placed for the first time, becoming the fifth time that a country won on its first placement (the other times were in 1983, 1984, 1989 and 1992).
- Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay and Spain also placed in 1992.
- Panama last placed in 1990, while Chile and Peru last placed in 1991.
