Miss Continente Americano 2010
Miss Continente Americano 2010, the 5th EDition of the Miss Continente Americano pageant, was held in Guayaquil, Ecuador on September 18, 2010. Giuliana Zevallos of Perú was crowned Miss Continente Americano 2010 by outgoing titleholder Lina Mosquera of Colombia at the end of the event.

- - Carla Conrradi resigned as Miss Mundo Argentina. The 1st runner up, Marianna Arambarry will be the new titleholder and Argentina's representative at Miss Continente Americano 2010.
- - Verónica Llamas was dethroned as Nuestra Belleza Zacatecas 2009 for posing topless in a magazine for men, so breaking a clause in the contract of Nuestra Belleza México, she also lost the right to represent Mexico in Miss Continente Americano 2010, and her replacement is Karla Carrillo.
