Mindteck
Mindteck is an Indian company that provides product engineering solutions and IT services to several Fortune 100 companies, universities and government agencies. Established in 1991, the company is headquartered at Bangalore. Yusuf Lanewala is the chairman and managing director of the company. It is a CMMI Dev Ver 1.3 Level 5 company.
History
The company was originally incorporated in Mumbai on 25 July 1991 as Hinditron Informatics Ltd. The company changed its name to "Mindteck" in September 1999 and shifted its headquarters to Bangalore in 2006.
The company acquired Infotech Consulting in 2007, and, in 2008, merged with Primetech Solutions, Mindteck UK and Mindteck Singapore.
