Michell's cakes & pastries is a bakeshop in the Philippines. Founded by Ms. Zenaida Gonzales in 1972 in the province of Bataan, Michell's continuous to serve people from Region 3 with its numerous branches spread throughout the area. It also serves The Famous Roti CoFFEE Bun.
Brief History
In 1972, a teacher was losing all her money spending on her daughters. She taught of selling breads called "Pan de Sals" wherein she received a good sales amount and expanded her small business into a bakeshop selling various types of breads. She also went to various countries in the world to find recipes of food like: Madeleine French Tea Cake from France and the famous Roti Coffee Bun from Malaysia.
