Michael Plentyhorse

Michael Plentyhorse was an 18-year old teenager who was caught and charged with indecent exposure with a partially undressed semi-nude female mannequin at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Police officer making the arrest was quoted as saying, "there was inappropriate activity between him and the mannequin. That's the only way I know how to put it."
