MGSCOMM (formerly known as Machado Garcia-Serra Communications) was ranked 14th among the top 50 U.S. Hispanic-American ad agencies in 2010 by Advertising Age and named as one of the 500 largest U.S. Hispanic-owned companies in 2009 by Hispanic Business.

History

MGSCOMM was founded in Miami, FL by Manuel E. Machado and Al Garcia-Serra in March 2003. In 2004, the company acquired The IAC Group (1978), an advertising and public relations agency in Miami. In 2009, MGSCOMM merged with Reynardus+Moya, a full service advertising agency in New York. Today, MGSCOMM is a Minority Business Enterprise managed by Manuel E. Machado, CEO/Co-Chairman, Al Garcia-Serra, COO/Co-Chairman, Jorge Reynardus, CRO/Partner, and Jorge Moya, CCO/Partner. Headquartered in Miami, MGSCOMM also has offices in New York City and Mexico City.
