Method CRM

Method Integration Inc., commonly known as Method CRM, is a Software company that provides customizable cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software for small and midsize businesses that use QuickBooks or Xero.

History

Method was founded in 2010 by Paul Jackson, who previously founded QuickBooks-integrated field service software company QXpress (later acquired by Marathon Data Systems, now WorkWave). Jackson and his co-founders self-funded the company through parent entity Alocet Incorporated, which had filed patents related to synchronizing accounting data between client and server applications.

In February 2013, Method raised CA$3 million in Series A funding from Klass Capital, marking the company’s first external investment. The funding was used to redesign the platform and expand integrations beyond QuickBooks.

In the following years, Method launched a native Xero integration and added integrations with Mailchimp, Gmail, Google Calendar, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Zapier.

By 2025, Method became one of the highest-rated CRM applications on the QuickBooks App Store, with more than 18,000 users. In October 2025, at the Intuit Connect conference, Method announced it had been designated an Intuit Platinum Partner and introduced expanded support for multi-entity, multi-location, and franchise businesses using Intuit Enterprise Suite.

It includes tools for sales management, invoicing, payments, and workflow customization. Method also offers customer self-service portals, workflow automation, and a no-code customization engine that allows businesses to modify fields, forms, and processes.
