History and overview

MENA Holding Company was founded on 1991 and listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange in 2005. The company's services includes real estate and industrial services, executing leisure and tourism projects, and owning shares in companies specialised in logistics business, construction, real estate, fisheries and livestock. The company possesses a stake equivalent to Kuwaiti Dinars 117 million in Egypt Gulf Company. The company is expanding in the Egyptian real estate market and is expecting a return on capital equal to around 40% annually.

Company's name change from El Othman and El Sedik contracting to El Othman and El Sedik general trading and contracting WLL

Establishing Othman For K-Span for iron and shades

2001

Legal entity has been transferred to the company Othman and El Sedik for General Trading and Contracting to a closed shareholding company and became the company name is the International Industrial Projects Group - a Kuwaiti shareholding company (closed).

2005

Company's Capital 2,950,000 KD

2006

Company's capital Increase at $ 600/KD to become  3.188.208 KD

2007

Company's name change from international group for industrial projects to become international holding group company 3.347.619 KD

Company's capital 10.010.000 KD , company's name change to MENA holding Co.
