Meghna Agarwal
Meghna Agarwal is an Indian businesswoman, founder and chief operating officer of IndiQube Spaces, a workspace company based in Bengaluru. She is also known for co-founding HirePro Consulting and Ultrafine Minerals.
Early life and education
Meghna Agarwal was born in 1978 in Alwar, Rajasthan. She earned MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
Career
Meghna Agarwal started her career from a corporate finance company. In 2003, at the age of 25, She co-founded HirePro Consulting along with entrepreneur Rishi Das. HirePro Consulting is a recruitment technology and consulting company.
In 2009, she founded Ultrafine Minerals, a minerals manufacturer serving cable, polymer, plastic and paper manufacturing industries.
Rise of IndiQube
In 2015, Agarwal and Rishi Das co-founded IndiQube, a flexible workspace company. The business developed after they identified demand for managed office spaces while operating their other businesses in Bengaluru.
In 2025, IndiQube became a publicly listed company following its Rs. 700 crore initial public offering. With Indiqube, they managed over 9.6 million square feet of space across 17 cities in India till 2026.
Agarwal has also been involved in angel investing and has participated in business and entrepreneurship organisations. She has been associated with the Young Presidents' Organization.
Personal life
At the age of 21, Meghna Agarwal married to Rishi Das.
