Md. Abdul Alim (born 6 April 1979) is a prominent Bangladeshi businessman, engineer, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ema Associates Engineering, a leading first-class government-listed engineering firm in Bangladesh established in 2012.

Early life and education

Md. Abdul Alim was born in Pabna, Bangladesh. He completed his engineering education at the Pabna Polytechnic Institute. During his student life, he was actively involved in student politics. He served as the **Religious Affairs Secretary** (ধর্মীয় সম্পাদক) of the Bangladesh Chhatra Sangshad (student council) at Pabna Polytechnic Institute, showcasing his early leadership qualities.

Career

In 2012, Abdul Alim founded Ema Associates Engineering. Under his strategic leadership, the firm secured a "First Class" government enlistment and became a key player in implementing civil and electrical engineering projects across the country. He is recognized for integrating modern technological solutions into the Bangladeshi construction and power sectors.

Personal life
