Matthew Webb (preacher)
Matthew Webb is an English born man who has achieved relative fame recently due to his 'miracle ministry' where he offers free 'Miracle Prayer Cloths' and a book entitled 'How To Receive The Power To Get Wealth' through Christian TV and the Internet in the UK and worldwide. He is not related to The Famous swimmer of the same name, however.
Webb's ministry is a Pentecostal, Word of Faith ministry and his main emphasis is on receiving financial prosperity and physical healing from God.
He has stated that he was personally mentored by famous American televangelist Robert Tilton when he began his own church and ministry and that through Tilton's support and advice, he remained in the ministry even in tough times.
When people call or contact his ministry, their names are added to the ministry mailing list and the individual will usually receive three letters of encouragement a month.
As of 2007, the Matthew Webb Ministries has offices in both Michigan, USA, and Shrewsbury, England.
