Mary maclachlan

Mary Maclachlan (born 10 June 1953), is an English artist involved with Movie and TV miniatures and bigatures.
Early life
Mary was born in England, then emigrated to New Zealand in 1973. Mary's first artistic job was working for Lyle Publications,Worthing doing pen and ink illustrations of antiques and follies When her family emigrated to New Zealand, she continued to use her skills as an illustrator doing newspaper advertising and product illustrations for 4 years. Mary created her own business - Pakuranga Art Studio from 1980-89 before starting her behind-the-screen career (1983-1997) on one-off television commercials, set dressing and special effects, working for the art director or production designer with tight deadlines.
Career
Mary worked on her first television series during 1983/84 on TVNZ's Children of the Dog Star making the space ships in the series at her own studio.
