Marvie Beck

Marvie Ann Beck is India’s award winner makeup artist and hair stylist. She has been working in International Makeup Industry for past 18 years and has done makeup and hair for Aishwarya Rai, Kareena Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, Bipasha Basu, Yana Gupta, Katrina Kaif, Sushmita Sen, Deepika Padukone, Tabu, Manisha Koirala, Urmila Matondkar, Madhu Sapre, Sheetal Malhar, Jesse Randhawa, Shobha De, Lata Mangeshkar and many more actresses and models. Among gentlemen – she has worked with Shahrukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Milind Soman, Kamal Haasan, Rahul Dev and more famous actors and supermodels.

Marvie won best-make up artist award of by Dr. Vijay Mallya at Kingfisher Awards Ceremony, Goa and Women Achiever of Year award on International Woman's Day - 2012 in India.

Marvie is on panel of Femina Miss India and trains winners for India's official entry to Miss World, Miss Earth and Miss International.

Educational Background

Marvie Beck attended Delamar School of Make up, London which is known to have trained multiple Oscar award winners. Marvie was their first Indian student apart from Mr. Amitabh Bachchan himself who attended a workshop for personal makeup. Marvie was trained by Penny Delamar herself who is a world famous make up artist and had designed looks and done make up for Hollywood Stars such as Pierce Brosnan, Michelle Pfeiffer and Anthony Hopkins

Teaching

She has trained make up teams from foreign and Indian brands such as Estee Lauder, Lakme, Chambour & hair dressers from top elite Salons . She has also been grooming instructor for Jet Airways and trained over 100 batches. She has also groomed and mentored employees from International hotel chains such as Grand Hyatt, Taj Group, Grand Maratha Sheraton, Marriott and many other hotels and companies

Marvie has also trained the Helen Keller institute for the blind, deaf and dumb for teaching youngsters who are deaf and dumb to learn make up and acquire a specialized skill and profession. She has helped people who suffer from Vitiligo and those who have birth marks on their face to do make up.
