Marissa Josiah
Marissa Josiah, NCC, LCPC, LPC, ACS, CTT, is an American licensed clinical professional counselor and therapist. She is the founder and owner of the Relationship Resilience Center, a private practice based in Columbia, Maryland, specializing in culturally affirming relationship therapy, trauma-informed care, and systemic approaches to interpersonal and workplace dynamics.
She holds the highest clinical licensure in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia, and has more than two decades of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
Career
Josiah earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University in Maryland. She has completed extensive postgraduate training in trauma therapy, couples therapy, and clinical supervision.
Over more than 20 years, she has developed expertise in systemic therapy, trauma-informed care, culturally responsive practice, and relationship strengthening across diverse populations.
