Marc Raco
Marc Raco is a film, television, commercial and stage actor based in New York City. Originally from Rochester, New York, he got his start in Rochester theater and moved toNew York City in 2007. Having appeared in more than 25 films, notable work includes The Pink Panther with Steve Martin (MGM), As the World Turns (CBS), Amazing Sports Stories (Fox Sports Net). He has performed with improvisational comedy troupes Shipping Dock Unleashed and Some Assembly Required.
He has also starred in numerous independent films and television pilots. Marc was awarded 5 medals, including 2 gold medals for acting, at the 2005 World Championships of Performing Arts held in Burbank, CA. He was also awarded the title of Overall Champion of male actors (25+ years) for that competition.
Marc is also a MusicAL composer and songwriter, having written and recorded more than 70 musical pieces. These have included a 15 song album Basically Nowhere, original musical scores for films Love Rules, Getting Personal, and Lila Shue, L.I., and original scores for stage productions of The Elephant Man and ''Dinner with Friends.
