Management Leadership for Tomorrow
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national non-profit organization that endeavors to change the underrepresenation of minorities in leadership positions and in the institutions that develop talent, such as the first-tier MBA programs and companies. It was founded by John Rice in 1994.
As of 2002, MLT launched a MBA Prep program. From MLT's MBA Prep program, 55% of applicants to top MBA programs in 2005 were accepted compared to the 18% for all applicants. In addition, over 90% of MLT students were accepted into one of their top three business schools. Furthermore, MLT students scored an 600 out of 800 on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), whereas only 30% of all persons taking the GMAT score this high.
