Malt Shop Memories Cruise

The Malt Shop Memories Cruise is an annual full-charter cruise centered on the performance of American popular music of the 1950s and early 1960s. Holland America’s M/S Eurodam hosts nearly 2,000 passengers on a seven-day Caribbean itinerary in November. The 2014 cruise features eighteen musical acts, including Dion, The Temptations, The Beach Boys, Brenda Lee, and Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone. It is one of the largest-ever assemblies of major musicians associated with this genre. The Malt Shop Memories Cruise is produced by Entertainment Cruise Productions (ECP) in cooperation with StarVista Time-Life.

Itinerary

The scheduled ports of call for the 2014 cruise are Falmouth, Jamaica; Grand Cayman Island, Bahamas; Cozumel, Mexico; and Key West and Fort Lauderdale, USA.

The 2014 sailing’s acts include Dion, The Temptations, The Beach Boys, Brenda Lee, Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone, Lloyd Price, Jan & Dean's Beach Party starring Dean Torrence, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Charlie Thomas' Drifters, The Duprees, Ricky Nelson Remembered with Matthew & Gunnar Nelson, The Legendary Teenagers, Little Peggy March, The Excellents, Al “Lil Fats” Jackson, The Cameos, and Elvis Tribute Artists. The cruise also showcases comedian Joe Piscopo, and includes longtime Philadelphia DJ Jerry Blavat.
