Macau Child Development Association
Macau Child Development Association is a non-profit group created in 2004 to help children with developmental disorders and learning disabilities. MCDA offers therapy services for young children and organizes seminars and conferences in Macau. The group operates a child development center on Taipa island in Macau. MCDA offers services in Chinese, Portuguese, and English. The association was started by a group of local parents and concerned citizens after noticing that the Macau Government was not able to provide sufficient special education and therapy services to families in Macau.
